1. Did you ever saw a helm with reaper bonus +2 to stats (this specific bonus) that was unbound ? (screenshot appreciated)
2. What was the minimum level of helm with reaper bonus +2 to stats (this specific bonus) you saw ? (screenshot appreciated)

I've had several drop for me, but they are rare enough that it's not worth re-rolling unless money is no object for you or you accumulated so much AS selling things you don't care.

I've acquired Pansophic Circlet with +2 stat just by adding Memoirs to past life cycle quests. I've just run that one on R4+ and rolled just one chest, and after um, ~25 lives I've finally got it ;)

Rerolling earlier lvl chests is very cheap (1-3 shards) so shoulda be obtainable cheaper. I just want to focus on one helmet drop and add it to the regular TR train cycle. ML:3 would be best

Currently I am sure that Sacred Helm final reward (Shaagh's Helm) is a static loot and thus won't spawn with any bonuses. Garzad's Helm in Retrieve the Stolen Goods prolly also spawns without bonuses (I have tried looting his chest just ~30 times * 3 rerolls and no luck even with other reaper boosts) because it's ML:0? or because it's unbound?

Completely unbound? No, I haven't.

But does unbound-on-acquire but bind-on-equip count? I don't have screenshots, but I've seen Face of the Demon (ML7) (from Tear of Dhakaan) and Shades Hood (ML16/27) (Army of Shadow) with Reaper. It wouldn't surprise if if other such items, like the dragonscale helms from Tor (ML14/25), also did.

Level six is the lowest I've personally seen. Found a memories of charity with +2 to all stats from the quest Memory Lapse.
