Feydark Illusionist Tree not linked across account when unlocked through favour?

hey there - I believe that when you unlock say the Vistani Tree from favour 2 things happen

1) It unlocks the tree across all characters on your account

2) that unlock persists through Reincarnation

So far for #1 this does not seem to be the case - I have unlocked through Favour the Feydark illusionist on one toon but it's not available on my other toons. Is this working as intended? If so why the difference between this and the other enhancement trees that are unlocked through favour.

For #2 I haven't TR'd this toon since unlocking but will do so in the next few days so if I lose it I am going to be pretty frustrated....is this correct?

Any help folks have would be much appreciated.

As far as I know, Vistani works the very same as Feydark or Inquisitive - the unlock is on a per-character basis.
Once unlocked on that character, it is kept through reincarnations.

Confirmed, tree unlock persists through TR. :-)

ANY favor rewards are per SERVER only.

If you want to get it for the whole account, buy it from the DDOStore.

That’s not quite accurate. Some favor rewards are granted to you on that entire server and some are granted to you for that character only.

The ONLY tree that unlocks server-wide is Harper

All other trees - VKF, Falcon, Inqui, Fey - unlock on a per-char basis, which persists through TR

Non-tree unlocks (Arti, FvS, Drow, etc.) are server-wide as well

No in-game unlocks are account-wide, only ones actually purchased from the Store
