Hi all,After submitting a few bug reports since launch including one a couple months ago (# 118948), along with several forum posts describing these issues, I have yet to get a response for either the bug report or the various forum posts. Even with the Inquisitive balance (nerf) some time back these long standing issues have not been even commented on. If it's the case that the dodge bonus are not supposed to be there, please remove them from the enhancement descriptions. If they are supposed to be there, I can't imagine this is a difficult patch.
Is it that the Devs are still unaware of these issues?
Note this applies to Inquisitve Tree - Core 2 "Hit the Streets" and Tier 5 "Improved Uncanny Dodge"

Generally you will not get a response about a bug report, just keep reporting it and carry on.

Yeah....weird that the devs have never commented on the issue though...even did a pass on the tree and still never bothered to either change the text or fix the issue

I came here to forum to report exactly that.
Usually I use some low level gear with dodge or high level gear with dodge, but now that i'm about level 12 I equipped some ravenloft gear.
If Improved Uncanny Dodge (Tier 5) says "passive bonus to dodge" I hoped I have some, but my defense tool-tip says 0% dodge (should be 4%+2% from core2, also not working), max 6%.
I mean, it is not super powerful for a tier 5 or something, but it helps (I know +6% dodge is really good, but Tier 5 when nothing more on tree gives dodge it's not reliable).
I know "ask questions first" gives dodge, but it ignores dodge cap and I don't really know if it works, because to trigger diplomacy you need to get close...
And honestly, it kinda feels weird to have it on tier 5 if the dodge bonus don't work. Lots of rogues go inquisitive and they already have uncanny, and some of the other don't really use it much (I could be wrong here, just what I see). The temporary dodge hits on cap and the +6 reflex for a short time isn't that good. Some "burst of confidence" giving temp hp or something to help to pass traps for a while (to get to control panel or just ignore the trap) could work better.

I have good news and bad news. The good news is Core 2 is fixed and now grants its dodge bonus. The bad news is fixing the T5 is really complex and I had to shelve my work in progress. It's possible you might see both in an upcoming patch, but for right now I've only got Core 2 working.

Do you mean now-now, or "in the internal build" now?

In the internal build now, apologies. As much as I'd love to grind everyone's playtime to a halt to give people 2% dodge at 12:32 AM on a Tuesday morning, there's a reason I'm not the one in charge of scheduling downtimes.

Leave it as it is. Anything that bothers INQ is good! :P :P

Thanks Lynnabel. Nice to get the confirmation that it's on your radar at least :-)

Your sarcasm is both funny and appreciated. :)
