Accessing Vistani Knife Fighter

I purchased the ultimate fan bundle for Ravenloft, but cannot figure out how to access the Vistani tree. If I start up a Sorcerer, it is available, but not with any other class I start up. What am I missing?

Most common issue is people not knowing about the scroll arrow on the right side.

From Wiki:
Use the big arrows on the sides of the enhancements UI to access additional trees.
You can rearrange the order of your enhancement trees by dragging/dropping the round class icon at the bottom-left of each tree, or by clicking on the drop-down box near the bottom of the trees.
