There seems to only be one person posting in this subforum.
Does anyone aside from him know how this works? There are some items i do need but wondering if the process is tedious or involves SSG or cash or is there some feature i dont know about.

Cross server trading takes trust. Without meaning to sound mean, in most cases the newer / lesser 'known' person would be expected to make the first exchange - but that is a case-by-case thing between the trading parties.
When a trade is agreed to, one party passes the item(s) to the other on one server, then both parties relog to the other server and the agreed upon item(s) are passed the other way.
Activity has slowed down, but there have been several trades made by myself and others successfully.

In regard to the examples you listed:
SSG is not involved in such trades, nor would there be any support in cases of loss during such trades. And certainly no trades would involve cash. The closest to that is the trading of AS either through the ASAH, or as deposits to guild ship accounts.

Yeah, once you do a trade with someone then you gain a certain rapport. Keep an eye on what they have and what they are looking for and when something comes up on a roll that you think they may be interested in, drop them a line.
