How do inquisitives reliably induce helpless?

Running around trying to figure out how inquisitive induce helpless for DPS boost. (HEROIC)

What I'm working with will be an Art 6, Rog 12, Barb 2 inquisitive. The only helpless I can find would be

wearing a Frozen Tunic ... at lv 4 sure but... not viable past lv 10
Nightshade Shooter proc at 15

What else am I missing? Is there a reliable way to induce helpless available to me?

the venom is on hit, sad thing the DC sucks and it's helpless only til u hit once, most times u awake it after the 1st hit and i doubt it will go sleep after that next hit (mobs can roll 1 on save, not that often lol)

OP i would say helpless via shiradi nerve venom or double rainbow proc or with the same xbow, reducing the con to 0 XD

I believe they just kill things at long range and other players feel helpless. :cool:

+3 action boost uses (for No Holds Barred) and for early level blood tribute +150 temp hp. Fantastic for heroic leveling on r1. Yeah, losing out on the extra rogue feat sucks but the action boosts alone are essentially worth it.

Not really...there's not a lot of ranged Helplessness options

You can pick up the trap in Mechanic to let you stick blinds for Sneak and defense, but not Helpless. Though with the nerf to Helpless damage, its not that crucial to your DPS as it used to be anyway, and Inqui isnt hurting for damage.

DC of the poison is helped by the constant stream of -con. They may wake up quickly but the animation for them to stand up takes forever.

Its essentially the ranged version of Guardbreaker for melee - it doesnt really add much to your DPS, but its pretty much full-uptime CC on a single target, since it keeps flinching them and interrupting anything they try to do.

I rock a 12/6/2 Rogue Ranger Arti Inquis, and my primary source of Helpless is from Pin and Ottos whistler from the Shiradi Tree, however this may not be the best choice overall, im still experimenting with the new changes to the trees. does feel really nice to get dual 10-30k crits with Hunts End+Shoot Later tho.
