inquisitor ranged alacrity gear?

I know that ranged alacrity and other ranged attack speed buffs are weird and don't work quite the same way that melee attack speed buffs work.

I'm going to run a Ranger/Rogue/Arti2 build for a few lives and I have a Quiver of Alacrity. What other ranged attack speed gear do I want to have as I run through 15-30? I'm going to knock out 4 Iconic lives in this set of Heroic past lives (1 Ranger and 3 Rogue).

I honestly can't figure out what stacks and what doesn't and what I can ignore since I'll have Inquisitive and Mechanic attack speed boosts from the trees.

The only ranged alacrity that i know that stacks with Quiver of Alacrity ( or haste or any other alacrity item for that mater) Is the Tower of Dispair Arcane Archer Set bonus. However, giving up necklace and ring, for a 10% alacrity bonus is just not worth it unless you don't have any other 20-29 gear. Additionally if you dont have it already, its not the easiest raid to get a group for, since its equipment is vastly outdated.
