When it's active, does half your INT get added to ALL your attacks, or only the attacks made as part of activating the Tactical Feats?

Does the DC increase to Tactical Feats also include abilities which have the same save? (Like Battle Engineer's shots being governed by Sunder DCs?)

Thanks in advance!

Know the Angles provides half your Intelligence bonus to two things: 1. Outgoing damage. 2. Tactical DC calculations. So it doesn't apply to every attack, if by "attack" you mean the to-hit part of the roll, but it does apply to damage rolls for the duration.

Thanks. The confusion was that it would only apply to the damage of Sunder/Trip/... attacks.

Tactical DC, does that include abilities to key off of Sunder, for example?

Yep. Sunder, trip, stun, and knockdown are the most common, but here (https://ddowiki.com/page/Tactical_feat) is a more comprehensive list. KTA is especially nice for the Battle Engineer and Renegade Mastermaker tactical abilities 'cause those DCs use Int as the DC-determining stat. Dire charge can as well, of course, but only a few builds would use Int for that

Those were the ones I was "angling" for. Thank you!

Just remember that Dire Charge only works with a melee weapon in hand IIRC.
