I concur that is Sorrowdusk isle, its the skiff you can click to return to the ship, most however don't ever turn around and they use the "recall button" and not that poor skiff to return to the Eye of Kol Karran.

I believe there is only two places this "Dark white smoke" room is used and since there is no alter in the shot I too would say it is Desecrated Temple of Vol the Inevitable Optional and not the Shadow Crypt.

Reminds me of the Orchard Wilderness, in the woods on the opposite side of Inferno.
There are some areas in there where there is room to add new quest entrances.
The walls look a bit like that.

However I would have to rezone in to check out the trees there.

I took the pic trying to get a good look at the water reflection with the moonlight. I think DDO does water really, really well, especially in pools and flowing context (the sound is great if you ever turn up enviro sounds). Some content really features water ...

I love this picture - I have been exploring the Subterrane with my 18, trying to find those beholders!

Anyway, it is HARD to get players to group for this area (picked up 3 for my last lfm). And this content is really a challenge at level; especially with no healing hires available. Theer are some great shots down there, like yours. Love it.

Fashion Madness end fight? It's extremely memorable for me because I have played it once (maybe twice), and after the whole rest of the quest was done, this boss got stuck in the wall in the back of that picture. Not fun.
