Intimdate and Diplomacy

Since module 4 came on line, my characters no longer show the action sequence for intimidate or diplomacy. Intimdate is on my action bar; I've checked it to make sure I have skill (about 12), and when I click it I get timer count down, but no action sequence. On another character same thing true for diplomacy. Is this a know bug, or is there something I'm doing weird.

They removed the animation to make it faster. It still works though.

A dev commented on this. It is working as intended. Instantly. From what I've seen you only hear a ding if it works. You still see some kind of yellow thing go off above the heads of the affected.
