I posted our story in the Fernia section.....but fits most appropriately here.
As sung by Kindred Spirits bard Huggybear.
He was a killer, and a strafer of dragons
Notice went out. The criers wailed it, to the world.
The Titan will fall to 12 warriors of the guild of the Kindred Spirits.
They are requested to the Isles for assembly.
It was a unfortunate timing schedule, that supplied only 6 warriors
of this renowned guild. With murder in their harts, weapons in their hands
blood lust in their souls, and drink in their other hand!
The dragon Vela has loot for all.
Mmmmmm, ahhhhhh
A mission!
"Wamphyr" of renown ability
"Tenuvial" a stalwart champion
"Sharamoo" the strong
"It" a relative of someone
"Torgos" the sly
"Birdbeak" the lucky
Set out with loot gleaming in their eyes.
To bring a little "religion" to Vela The Red.
In the halls of the bank vault!
The puzzles were overcome and the traps were safetied.
Sharamoo had a little bit of a problem getting the, puzzle
tiles right! After she won the chug-a-lug race of hardy ale.
The calculating elves consumed a full case of the finest
elven nectar in Stormreach, when no one was looking.
With all reasons for delaying drank and our vitality renewed!
The iron golem and his puppies were challenged.
WHAM!
WHOOP!
SWOOSH!
THUMP!
Down it falls.
And no deaths!
So-far Torgos has been the only one, to misstep into lava!
With the very last of the bottles emptied!
Its time to go back to the tavern for some more vitality!

No.....
They carried on to, The Red Worm, The Slithering Reptile, Vela The Dragon.
Home base to Pitchers mound achieved!
Torgos ran Vela's followers to home base.
Some slight problems but nothing to write about!
Torgos and It are the only champions to be resurrected.
So-far!
Sharamoo on second, It on first, Torgos on third!
Down came the pillars!
Everyone buffed up and ready in the bucket.
Haste please..........

Charge...........
Oh the brutality of it all.
You could hear Vela's scream of agony!
No........
That's the glorious Kindred Spirit fighters dieing.
Torgos is still up and swinging.
In the background you can hear the chant.
Git 'er Torgos! Git 'er!
But alas Torgos is smitten and Vala is 2/3 damaged!
Tenuvial and Birdbeak are still alive and in the bucket!
Hail Tenuvial! The resurrector, the party's cornerstone!

Buffs.......
Haste please..........

You could hear Vela's scream of agony!

Vela is seriously wounded.

You can tell she is about to fall.
But wait all the clerics are Toast.

She slowed me....
The red SOB of a Worm slowed me.....

There is no red showing on her health bar....
When Togos' soul stone appears.
Did I mention.......
But wait all the clerics are Toast.
There will be no resurrection this time.

Birdbeak is up and receiving Vela's screams of agony
Resurrect one of the clerics, Birdbeak......
Then we can go in for Round 3......
Did I mention.......

Birdbeak, alone, face to face with this red worm.
Vela with not 1 smidgen of red on her health bar.
Birdbeak with not 1 smidgen of green on his manna bar.
Awwwwwwww
A magi with no spell points is just a expensive
paperweight, that would drink all your booze.
Awwwwwwww
He busters up all his rogue ability. Readies his trusted bow.
Aims, fires.......
................
And now Vela know that Birdbeak is here to scratch out
her sorry existence. She eyes him, draws in a breath,
roars, and rolls on the ground.
..........
DIES!
You can hear Birdbeak exclaim!
I shot her!
I shot her!
And you can hear all the other ghostly hero's of Kindred Spirits say!
Just before she died, did you hear laughter?
Did she die, laughing?
And Birdbeak saying.....
No, no.....
I shot her!
But just before Vela's justly demise!
She conjured up a Air Mephit Prince!
Was that what she was laughing about?
Wait!
Birdbeak will tell you he shot her!
She didn't die laughing!
He shot her!
But what the rest of the group of ghostly hero's
of Kindred Spirits, will describe! Is the sight of a
long legged warforge,
A hero of renown stature within the
Kindred Spirits fold.
Running around with a healing wand in one hand and
unlocking the chests with the other.
........
and in the background you can hear the chant

Now in the lamplight of a tavern.
You may hear other stories of what transpired, on that quest.
How a dwarf died before handing out the resurrection cakes.
They may even talk about a Warforge, that never died on that quest!
And they may have some dragon hoard to backup their version!
But I swear on my grandfather's tankard!
