How about this one:
A Dragon's pet kitty jumps up on his master's alchemy table and starts batting around his potions, they get knocked over and a massive Magic Mirror is cast upon the kitty. There are now Thousands and Thousands of cats terrorizing Stormreach (mostly magic mirrored). It's citizens are now fearmongered to killing all the magic mirrored cats and unfortunately, innocent cats in the city. Unbeknownst to them, the cats were keeping a deadly plague from spreading by killing the rats which harbored the plague. The Faucian rats with the plague now overtake the Stormtreach, and the Lords of Stormreach are now forcing everyone to wear masks, however, everyone is still getting the plague and dying. Add to it, the Dragon is really ticked off. Find the real reason people are still getting the plague, plead to the Silver Flame and the Dragon on how to bring the slaughtered cats back to life, and capture the Mad Alchemist that created the diabolical plan, or else the Dragon will make you his dinner!

The last community-generated "thing" produced the Collective Sight goggles from Sharn. They are a smashing success as far as I'm concerned.

The 3 proposed adventures just don't have the right "success" vibe to me.

Hopefully, I am wrong.
