Arti dog replaced by Druid wolf after leveling

Odd bug... Started as Artificer then took the next 3 levels of Blightcaster which does not receive a wolf companion. After taking level 4 with level 1 Arti dog out it, was replaced with level 3 Druid wolf. Anyone else have this happen?

Edit: The same thing happened when taking level 5 as Druid. Wolf companion disappears when you log out and cannot be resummoned

But as a bonus we get to wear Medium Armor?

this seems like a feature, not a bug XD - this is good, ssg needs to add more reasons to multiclass, although the feats from the new warlock are also a good reason & one that probably won't be patched away.
