Epic vs. Legendary Experience

I had a weird experience (no pun) the other day. I was level 29, and earned enough XP to level, so I went to the trainer, and leveled up to 30, then IMMEDIATELY it said I had achieved max legendary XP, and, sure enough, was able to level up to 32!

Is this common? Had I been earning "legendary XP" along with my heroic XP while leveling up to 30? Are they tracked separately? Or was this due to some other explanation? (Possibly a bank error in my favor?)

Anyone else had this happen? Or is this normal?

Legendary XP does not get reset on TRs, so you earned it on a previous life.

If and when we get some kind of Legendary TR, you'll get the fun of reearning it. Until then, enjoy the insta-levels.
