Not a dev, but you could try this:

MSVCR100.dll is Visual C++ 2010 Runtime dynamic library. P.S. Download libraries only from Microsoft, not from other places.

Pick the bit-ness of your operating system:

32 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555

64 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14632
