As far as I can tell none of them are currently on sale.

My guess would be the first 2 tabs (the ones that have been for sale for the last decade). But I have not checked on a character that has not purchased any character bank tabs yet so don't know for sure. The two new tabs are definitely not on sale, but that is a common practice when they release something new.

Looks like character bank 1-2, shared bank 1-8 (I think) and inventory space 1-3 are on sale.

For a new F2P account, I'm seeing...


o base Shared Bank, with upgrades 1 thru 20 (#21 NOT on sale)
o Crafting Storage upgrades 1 thru 8 (which is max; base is free to all accounts)
o base Platinum Vault, with upgrades 1 thru 7 (to 5.5 M plat, the max)

o Character bank upgrades 1 & 2 only (max is 4)
o 3 Character Inventory (backpack) slots (which is the max)


Historically, "20%" is not a great discount, although otoh they have not been offering the same "deep discounts" as often as they had in years past.

(Note - you won't see any Character items offered from the character selection screen; you must be logged onto a specific character)
