I didn't notice on my first character. Transaction ID 336848219 - Hopefully this can be caught, and a fix/refund automated before anyone else falls prone to this error.

Edit: This seems to be true for every single item in the sale. (Character Bag, Plat Storage, Shared Vault, Shared Crafting, Collectables bag.
(...thats where I stopped testing)

I got to the sale list by pushing the splash banner when you first load the DDO Store.

this and the rest of SSG management say it all!!!!! sale what sale here's an error or better yet double price before we drive the dedicated player base that's been keeping this game alive away so we can sink into LORTO and our other failed games (look into the company history cash grab then hard neglect till player base is nill metric to back it) I hope that any of the whales that have given years to this game skyrocket your sever cost with idle F2P accounts making you not a dime and costing this trash publishing that doesn't give a darn or toot for the player base 100 of times standard cost per min to run the servers. At least you included some other reasons so readers would know that you're not really that angry because someone made an error on DDO Store sale.

I've been playing since 2006 and I absolutely disagree with your feelings about SSG. I think they're doing a wonderful job, adding to the game and fixing the game's issues. In fact I feel like there's more going on with DDO now that ever in the past. I can't even imagine why someone thinks a company should not try to make money.

Being angry at a company for making money is like being mad at bumble bee for bumbling...

also, I don't see that the game is dying. In fact I see more new players right now than I have in a very long time, and if veterans like yourself could calm down, and try to interact with the players and help them with the learning curve, it would help retention, and more players is not onlly good for SSG, it's also good for us long time players.

I wish you luck in future endeavors, and if DDO is making you this mad, maybe it's time for a break.

What got me was the comment about skyrocketing server costs from idle accounts. A rudimentary background in IT would help prevent people from making embarrassing statements like that.
