Experiencing Several Banking Issues

I'm having some trouble with the bank and I'm wondering if it's just me.


Changing Details: Diamond of Jump +15 ML16 (for example) shows as Diamond of Jump +19 when in Crafting Storage.
Concerning Message: When I drag bags over the Crafting Storage I get the message Bank Failed. I'm not sure if I'm losing some or all of the contents of the bags.
Disappearing Items: If I filter the Shared Bank by level and pickup then drop an item, it's minimum level disappears and it no longer appears in the filter.
Mystery Buttons: When I click Rename (a tab) I get two buttons - an arrow and an X. Both just cause the return of the Rename button. Missing dialog?

Mine is lagging really bad, can take a full min just to populate the shared bank items, then at least 30 seconds if not more to take each item out.

There have been various timing issues in all processes since U57 released. This was true when the global CD was added and when it was "fixed".

I'm really concerned because I think the number of changes made recently and the number of unaddressed bugs related to those changes over the last 10 updates or so are reaching a critical mass.
