I just think this would be a cool effect to give to a new kind of Champ - a big instant reactive heal on death for all nearby mobs. Kinda the inverse of champs with Unyielding Sov. Would force players to react strategically - either focus-fire the champ first, where the heal doesnt do any other mob any good, or kill it last, where there's nothing else left to heal. It'd be an inherent difficulty for AOE builds, since AOEing down the champ would heal any other mobs caught nearby.
It'd have to be a low-health champ though, so no big HP bonus, or else it'd never die first anyway...and it'd have to be a percentile heal, like Second Wind, or else it might not scale properly with mob HPs
Just thinking since the mechanic is already in the game, could be an easy one to implement for mobs
