Two Weapon Fighting Missing Melee power.

Two weapon fighting is missing the Combat bonus to Melee power that the other fighting styles have. Is there a reason for this? I feel like TWF is missing a lot of power when compared to a lot of the other combat styles. Also feels bad missing an extra 10 MP at end game. Happy new year!

Pretty sure this was addressed before but it was decided not to add it to help keep a degree of parity with the other weapon styles, since 2wf has far more chances for the various procs to occur, especially with tempests having dance of death to add strikethrough on top.
