We will let you know when one finishes with a successful conclusion rather than a form letter and an auto close.

Semi seriously, they are very slow, and a successful timely close is very rare these days. Depending on your problem, expect several days to weeks.

Some are very fast turn-arounds(under a day or two), others take ages. I think a lot of it depends on what the ticket is for and if it something that customer services tools let them handle quickly & easily or if they have move up the chain of command to have it dealt with.

2 days to close with no action. 6-8 months to reply if you actually want something done. 1 year + for any kind of actual resolution.

Well to give you an idea.. I put in a ticket for an item that I have from the Planar Eyes quests they released a while back thats in Lords March Plaza. Its a sceptre that has Kinetic spell power, but void Lore on it.. or something like that. I had put in a ticket , and I think it took them like 2 months to respond just to tell me they dont do anything with my issue and will send it over the quality control or something that like.. and thats been another 2 or 3 months. So I just dont care any more. Farmed me a new one that is fixed.. but it doesnt have the mythic and reaper on it that my broken one has.. oh well.. As Bill Bob Thorton said in Badder Santa.. Wish in one hand, (something) in the other, see which one fills up first.
I wish you luck, and hope you get a timely response, but most of us know that isnt likely, and we surely can express our scrutiny of customer service.
