Irk Ran Away didn't want to play

i ran just business, heroic sarlona. Irk did his normal being the battle comments, i got him down to the his first teleport / dim door whatever and he never came back.

I have run that quest a lot in the past and never seen that. Anyone else encounter this? i ran around for 10 more minutes killing gobo's yay and burning pots boo, but could not finish the quest :( BOOOOO

The goblins are supposed to go away once you take him down. I have seen where he teleports and stays in place hidden and is hard to find. That sounds like what you experienced if goblins were still running around.

If not, it's some weird bug I haven't encountered.

I've had something like this happen a few times, and he has always been on the top most platform near the end to the right of where you first land for the end sequence. He will remain concealed, so if your spot isn't good enough, you wont be able to see him at all. Even had him fall off the very end of the platform on this side, and had to range him until he hit the next teleport point.

Thanks for the insight. I looked everywhere, but if it was a spot check on heroic, no chance for my barbarian.

just swing the axe in the air while running around screaming like a proper raging berserk. you can't spot, the axe will find.

I've had something like this happen a few times, and he has always been on the top most platform near the end to the right of where you first land for the end sequence. He will remain concealed, so if your spot isn't good enough, you wont be able to see him at all. Even had him fall off the very end of the platform on this side, and had to range him until he hit the next teleport point.

This is one spot and I've also seen irk near his start spot just standing around ignoring me when I pass, but if you have a hire on "do your best" he should find irk if you can't find him.

I have never seen him in any other starting place.. hes always up on the right side at top of the ramp. If you get him dotted some how, and keep one on him.. he hates that.. and will come find you .. so hiding back behind the once place most people do, he will come quickly to you. but gotta get him dotted.
