Need help. I cant purchase the DLCs

I have tried many times with my/my friends credit cards to purchase the DLCs.
I have also tried to switch to different locations in VPN and in my account profile.
However, I still fail to purchase and a same error page appears every time.
It says"no payment methods are available for your country or your currency"

Does anyone knows how to solve it?

As I understand it this is because US laws forbid transactions to/from some countries. There is basically nothing SSG can do about this.

Im living in China.
What strange is other players in china can purchase normally.
I can purchase Dp through steam too.

its been a while since I purchased points from the market so maybe they no longer offer the amazon account as a payment option.
i had issues with timing of acknowledgment of transactions with other options.

I dont think payment method is what prevents me from buying.

I couldnt even see the transaction page. The error message appears right after I click the BUY button.
I dont get to choose payment methods.
