Does anyone know if I can Lesser Tr from a Regular Paladin to a Sacred Fist?
Can I just use a Lesser heart?
Do I need to use just a +1 Heart, then all levels will change to Sacred Fist?
Do I need to use a+20 Heart to switch all the levels?
Help me Obi-Wan!

Just a lesser tr will work. It's not a different class, so you'll just get to select your archetype at L1

An ETR should work too

Common misconception: ETR does not let you swap arctype; otherwise you'd be able to level as A, ETR to B, and get the Heroic Past Life feat without leveling in that arctype.

A +0 Lesser Heart of wood does work though (the difference being difference being that uses a finite/expensive resource)

Are you sure about that? It gave me a choice of stormsinger or regular bard when I did my ETR. Chose regular bard though because swash multiclass.

Same here. ETR'd my paladin and was able to actually take sacred fist.
