please return gem to how it was on lama5d2 on hit with 10d2 on kill or buff it a small bit (5d2+1 or 6d2 with temps hp being much higher than 15. 15 is pointless at ml 30 aug. it reads heals for 5d2 per strike. this is not true as it has a 1 sec cooldown. as it stands it not worth slotting since the 1 sec cooldown . and dr/- bypass or raw damage die is more useful

Yeah, there's a certain amount of issue with the temp 15HP "on kill" effect. As unless if you solo a lot, it's not actually going to trigger very often. Also, if you're dual wielding two weapons with this Augment slotted in both, only 1 trigger happens due to the cooldown. So unlike most other Augments where the effects can be multiplied over two weapons, this one is hobbled quite harshly instead. Granting only the Evil DR bypass flag as a persistent effect and relying on getting the kill to get "15" temp HP.

A boost to this wouldn't go amiss really.

Frankly all vampirism items need a rebalance along these lines.

But I do broadly agree the internal cooldown really hurts these abilities which aren't even that good without them.

If the cooldown is desired for reducing server load the amount of healing needs to be re-examined, particularly on high end items that utilize it.
