Sleet storm + Stormsinger bug

It looks like something got tangled up in the code with Sleet Storm. I noticed this just today (nov. 17) after the downtime.

Whenever I cast sleet the slipperiness and the trip chance does not get removed despite I have Freedom of Movement in my songs and have learned the Stormsinger Tier 5 Enhancement: Eye of the Storm. It doesn't cause my character to be blinded, tho the effect is quite dominant, but that's a different story.

Reapplying my bardic inspiration seems to fix the issue, and so far I got no complains from my party members.

Do you also have FOM on gear? IIRC, there are some conflicts with gear FOM and song FOM, particularly if you take gear FOM off while song-buffed it seems to remove song-FOM.

Do you also have FOM on gear?

Could be that, currently I'm wearing the FOM boots from Borderlands.

Edit: It looks like i got confused. I do not wear any gear that gives Freedom of movement or immunity to slip or knockdowns. All I have is that one tier 5 enhancement from Stormsinger.
But It looks like if I cast the sleet under myself first instead of casting it further away and walk into it can prevent the situation. I don't know for sure tho.
