Ride the Lightning Implement bonus not applying to main-hand weapon.
I had to resort to slotting "Ruby of Implement's Wind" augment to get the bonus.
This is the second update in a row where I wasted a Jeweler's Kit to test bugs in the game. Not good as those aren't cheap.
