View Full Version : Permanent DOTs are back

I haven't seen permanent DOT for some time, but this morning a wall of fire was dropped on my drood and I quickly dispatched the caster. 3 minutes later she is still taking fire damage from the firewall. I had to relog to get rid of the DOT.

I am also still seeing "an invalid item has been removed" when adventuring. The last time that I saw it was in the IoD wilderness.

what class are you? i am seeing this when i am undead cleric and get ray of exhaustion tossed on me

18 druid/ 1 ftr/ 1 rogue PDK (currently lvl 24).

for me at least when i cure the ray it goes away

Are those even ever being fixed?

I don't see it frequently.
But every time I take a pause and then get back in this game, it's always there.

It happened to a dear friend of mine, like, a week or so, we where in epics, so, can handle a fire dot, but it was there. like an old friend

Perma dots never stoppedhappening. Need to reapply the dot to get it to clear

Invalid item is a bug related to being over encumbered

So you are saying that I need to wander around until someone else casts wall of fire on me - interesting.

Oh and btw - my character was lightly encumbered.
