You know as cheap as that might be, I strongly prefer this cheapness over previous releases where they made changes and then reset the character's Destinies and/or Enhancements. One would log in to a character and have to respec the enhancements or destinies before the character could be played. If that character had not been played in a while it could be difficult to remember the previous selections and much time would be wasted. I prefer the plat costs to the time costs.

But I wouldn't have complained if they made the Enhancement or ED resets free for a week or two.

let's be fair, ddo has not the cash support from above it deserves (please some power above, give em moar code engineering\hardware\marketing power) but ddo team, they are trying their best

The damage procs from Filigrees and from the Scion feats were changed to +X Imbue Dice.

TBH, if the filigree proc damage was at all significant to your character, it wasn't contributing measurable DPS to the group anyway. So, nerfing it from 14d6 unscaled to 1d6 scaled probably won't change things much.

This sounds grossly reminiscent to the Dev post about [if these ED changes ruin your build then your build sucks]

Certainly it is not a make or break change, but most DPS toons I have used 2 Piece Reverb which without an Imbue it now does nothing. The "14"d6 scaled just fine with Doubleshot :)
Now it is either destroy Rare Reverbs or use Toolkits because they wanted to "Shake things up".
