What angst? I assume you consider it widespread since you write "everyone's" but I dont believe I have heard anyone talk about anything like this.

Furthermore, many other people I run with are concerned that the ingredients, as well as the vender, won't be usable or available for characters currently on HC Server...

IMO, this isn't about the issue itself as much as the devs' reluctance to provide meaningfull information about broken transfers

Cordovan posted that there will be a short rerun of Night Revels soonish after they re-enable transfer from hardcore.

I'm curious. Why can't you and/or people you run with use the vendor on HC? It's still there. And active. And accepting ingredients.

Edit: I see that a downtime for a restart was just posted instead of an update. Thanks for taking the time to make sure the update was ready instead of worrying about getting it out the door.
