Transfer from Hardcore

So, is it not working? When I initialize a character transfer the Hardcore server is not listed.

Also, how long do we have to complete the transfer before the Hardcore server is deleted?

Correct, transfers from Hardcore are currently disabled, and we'll have more info soon. We'll make sure people have plenty of time to transfer characters off of the server, and we'll have more information as soon as we can. We're currently looking into a possible bank issue with transfers that may (or may not) require a game update.
