why do you only do previews during the week only ? why ? most of us work during the week and dont have much tiem to toy with Lamannia till the weekend but nope it never live on weekends. and we wonder why so many bugs slip through. please change this. the next up date is game breaking in many ways and others like myslef like to see it rather via 2nd hand tells

I do agree in principle, however I suspect its open during the week for the same reason you are unable to log into it during the week.

Because that's when people work, and that includes the devs.

Not that it couldn't be left open over the weekend, just that this is probably their reasoning.

i really dont understand the dev team at all why every update we filp the game upside down. this imbue and hps adjustment passes are not needed. buff or nerf classes trees if one(s) is over or under powered. all that need to to be done with epic def fighting is just remove the casting range limit on it and have a melee weapon equipped . this thought process here is like doing a engine swap cause the heater no longer works.

Not sure I agree with this. You often see people talking about 'Why can't we get rid of the TR timer?'. If they are going from 1-20 (let alone 1-30 (32), Otto's boxes not included) in just 2 days + evenings, they are NOT working M-F.

As for the why, it's like Sqrlmonger said, the devs have a M-F job and Lam is supposed to be a "test" server and you wouldn't really want it active when there is nobody to address issues.

No reason it cant be left open all the time on "swim at your own risk" rules

There's no danger that it'll break anything important....and even if it does go south and becomes unplayable, that's still no worse than if they just turn it off

Scepters and Qstaves are melee weapons though, and a lot of named caster items are daggers or sickles or other 1H melee weapons too

As far as the previews only being open during the week. I also find it frustrating sometimes as I'm often busy during the week and don't have time to take part in previews. I get it though. They want it open when they're actually there working so they can get live feedback. That decision does majorly cut down on amount of feedback for them though, I suspect.
