Server Transfers Not Working

I tried 2 server transfers from Hardcore to Live, In each instance, the transfer said it occurred but did not. I received emails telling me the toons were successfully moved, yet the toons were not. It has been well over 48 hours.

The e-mail title is a bit misleading, but if you check under "Other Details" in the e-mail, it will indicate if the transfer didn't work. At least it did for me.

This could be a completely different issue, but I thought I would share with you what I know in case it's the same issue.
