Trying to transfer character from Hardcore, is it not enabled??? Anyone else tried??

Anyone else not able to transfer their Character from hardcore to main server?? I thought it was enabled??
I am finished over there and wish to bring it 'home'.

I think every server had this issue one by one.

I have tried 2 transfers and both proceeded as if successful, sending me emails and disconnecting me etc. but when I looked the toons were not actually moved and are still on hardcore. It's been well over 48 hours, so I'm assuming the transfers actually failed despite the email saying they worked.

I just tried to transfer a toon from HC to Sarlona and got the confirmation email of a failed transfer.

Just transferred one of my characters from Hardcore to Sarlona, after the restart maintenance, and it went okay and got my stuffs,
thankyou for fixing ! woot !

Currently happening again. Unable to transfer from Hardcore to Orien. Tried a dozen times since the restart.
