OK, bank is ready for us to use... Not...
Started sorting gear in my shared bank on hardcore.
Decided to move all the lower level gear that I've accumulated into a new tab labeled LVL 1-9.
Started dragging stuff from main to the new tab, all seemed to be working.
Decided that maybe I wanted level 9 gear left in main. Went to the new tab and did a search for level 9 gear--> Empty list.
Searched for level 6-9--> Empty list.
Searched for level 1-1--> 4 pages of items including named Feywild gear.
Started examining items, none of them have a ML, so all are considered ML 1. Looked at items in Main, and they all have the correct ML.
QA strikes again.

I wonder if the missing spells and enhancement trees are stacked in the character bank after the patch. Hmm. U56 is truly so much like the jelly of the month club each patch. I can’t wait to see what the next patch holds now. So exciting.

TPICKRELL, I tried to recreate your issue. On main tab I sorted 2-9. I then moved all of those items into a tab. I then selected that tab, it still showed the items based on the filter. I then changed the filter to 6-9 - it resorted and showed me 3 level 6-9 items. I then changed the filter to 5-5 (level 5 only) and all of my feywild items showed up.
Could you confirm what I did differently as it appears to be working properly.
Thanks!

I can confirm that the error does occur as described.
Some banked items, some of the time, don't show item levels. But only in the bank views that have filters (character, shared, TR).

The Main tab works fine, all those issues are with the extra tabs

I did not change form the default sorting.
All I did was create the new tab, rename it to LVL 1-9. Set main as the active tab, and started using the hover over item to see what the min level was, and dragged the appropriate items and dropping them on the Tab labeled LVL 1-9. Nothing special, no tricks, just normal usage.
Thanks for your interest.
EDIT: The ml mess up was on the new tab.

I'll try this again using this method - thank you.

Just want to chime in, that I experienced something that might have been this issue PRE update, on Monday (the 3rd), though, in my case, I only had 1 or 2 items set themselves to ML <blank>, on Sarlona. I am unfortunately unable to provide a detailed list of steps to recreate, just chalked it up to "odd," as I was trying to consolidate Daily Dice potions into their own tab from multiple characters. I'm happy to see that the issue of blank custom tabs has likely been resolved. If I run into this again, I'll try and detail steps taken here.

It sounds like it could be related to https://forums.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/534908-Bank-ML-Bug
I can reliably reproduce that issue by dragging something from the character bank to the shared bank.

If I take an item and start dragging it to my inventory and then release it in the bank, the min level no longer shows in the bank. This occurred before todays' update.

There have been bugs around minimum level display in the shared bank forever. It's not a lot of items that don't display min level but every shared bank I have right now has items not displaying their minimum level until moved to inventory.
This has been a thing since at least 2017 and probably earlier. The items are all in later pages in the bank, and particularly prevalent on the last page whatever that is.

This new bank has so many great features.
My personal favorite is that it seems after every update or restart my tabs empty back into the main tab.
It was a great idea and I was really excited for it but I have deleted all the tabs now. It makes ZERO sense to have to rearrange my gear every time I turn around and having the added "benefit" of having to move it between my bank and my inventory to get it back into the bank on the right tab just makes it so much more fun! I just can't contain myself!

You did not have a software update and or a TR in between.
And or have any items in your inventory that have lost their minimum level for notorious reasons.
The OP has failed to check the min level before dragging stuff around.
What he should have done is move stuff out of bank into the inventory and from there place it on the shared bank with the wanted tab open.
Btw this loss of ML on items has been around for ages, you don't hear placers about it because it, potentially once upon a time, made for excellent twink gear.
Lyn has made a fix some while back that if you take an item without a ML out of bank it gets assigned its proper ML again.
Edit:
See OPs reply, Strikethrough doesn't work on this board.

The items in the main tab did have the proper ML. I was checking the ML via hover text to decide which items to move into the ML 1-9 Tab. The ML was lost during the drag and drop to the tab.

When I filter my Shared Account Bank's Main Tab to (for example) Level 10 items, I don't see them all. I always find the missing items if I filter for Level 1 - the items have no listed Minimum Level. If I move those items to inventory, the Minimum Level appears again.
This happens to items of all levels - I need to search both the item's level and level 1 to find them all.
I also noticed today that when first opened, the Main tab has items with different Minimum Level and Absolute Minimum Level filtered under the Absolute Minimum Level.
It seems like random items lose their Minimum Level. When they do, they appear to the bank's filter as Absolute Minimum Level, and if the item doesn't have an AML, then as no Minimum Level at all and thus under Level 1 when filtered.
Very frustrating.
Edit: Just occurred - I moved one of three level 12 items from Main to another tab and one of the other level 12 items in Main disappeared. I found it when I filtered for level 1. An item I was not manipulating lost its minimum level.

Wish the alphabetical search worked based on the ITEM... and not the number of items in the stack... wut dee?
