Multitude of Missiles Issue

Multitude of Missiles is auto-granted to Alchemists but won't work unless you also take Point Blank Shot. Is this WAI or is there a problem. Auto granted feats in other lines (Ranger two weapon) bypass the requirements. So is it just the alchemist, the feat or an error.

It works on my alchemist. She doesn't have point blank shot. Do you actually have a missile weapon like a dart equipped in the character's main hand?

No, it won't work with bows or crossbow types.

Yes. I don't use it often but I noticed the damage and shots did not seem to increase. So I checked my doubleshot (6%) and then activated the multitude. No change.
Swapped out Quick Draw for Point Blank and the doubleshot went to 106%. Not a vast problem as QD vs PB is not a killer.
