Coalescent Ruby in loot tables??

I have run extensively Isle of the Dread quests on Legendary Reaper and I got multiple copies of all augments except for the Coalescent Ruby, which I have never even seen for other members. Is it really in the loot tables or is it missing (maybe bug?)?

Can at least confirm the legendary one does drop.

I ran legendary IoD last night and someone in the party pulled 3 of them.
