Paladin toon 11 lvl, Can I LR to Sacred Fist ?

I wonder ...

My toon is a 11th level paladin

when you go throught a Lesser Reincarnate can you chose another way and be a sacred fist ? or not ?

same for cleric, can you become a dark apostate simply going to a Lesser Reincarnate ? or you (theorically) need a +20 heart LR ?

Yep and no need for a + heart either, at 1st level on class selection when you click paladin there'll be a 2nd box where you pick which variant of paladin you want.
