This is a very cool quest with an even cooler second quest presented as an optional. However, it is suffering from a bug and a very non-WAI thing.

Collectables are still bugged in this quest, aka you can't pick them up. At the very least, 'remove' them so people who don't know this quest don't get the feel-bad.

The monsters have not been adjusted for inflation in heroic. Especially in reaper mode, they have more HP than monsters in epic level 20 quests. They actually have more hit points than reapers which is funny. I actually wonder if the monsters in heroic have more HP than the monsters in the same quest in epic lol

I like running this quest to kill time especially the optional as I want to grab an armor for cosmetic (no luck yet) and it could use some love.

Couldn't agree more, been waiting for both of these things to be fixed for quite a while now.

Yeah, the collectibles by the shrine in the cave is bugged.

There is also that buggy /stuck spot by the dragon's hoard behind.

I think the priority on this quest fixing is lower since its a free to play quest.

It is not part of any expansion.

According to Lynnabel they have tried to fix those collectables several times, but there is something very strange that they are not able to figure out in that quest. They have given up on it now.

At it is not really important to fix 4 collectable nodes in one quest.

Oh no they figured out what was wrong - the quest is haunted :D

I'd very much support them taking the time to go and retune all those "super elite" quests that have inordinately high mob HP compared to other quests at-level....S&R, Slavers, ToEE, Dragonborn Prophecy too I think? Or is that just mob density, and not HP?

They were designed to be challenging before Reaper was a thing...but Reaper is a thing now, so there's no reason they have to be special anymore.

I think they just revamped ToEE, so ToEE not too bad now.

Reaper is not a challenge, its a boring grind for those people with too much time (and perhaps money) and ego! The trees are not necessary.
