Pet Automated Repair Bugged?

Hello fellow Arti's!
I've specced into the Automated Repairs enhancement option in the Arcanotechnician tree, but once hitting level 20+, my pet no longer seems to have this effect...
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there an on/off switch I don't know about for this enhancement? lol
Please let me know if I missed something, or it's bugged, or I'm just going crazy... :P

Took my 27 out for a walk to let some Vale rats chew on my mechno-mutt.

The Automatic Repair was working... 'ish-kinda.

Combat log was reporting the repair as "City Regeneration" out in the explorer zone, and was only doing 1-2 points per tic as opposed to the proper 4d4+1.


So there is Wonk in the system.
