I am not a happy customer, what your company will do to make me feel compensated?

I'm opening another thread, to see WHEN SSG, AND NOT IF, any of you DEVS will answer us.

I will speak for myself, other can reply to state their feelings.

From last update, things have gone pretty bad, pretty fast.

I am asking you what you will do to make us feel more inclined to keep on supporting you.

By my side,my humble contribution will stop.,untill I get a statement from you and also a compensation.

I feel you let me down horribly and in the most unfair way.

As I already stated i love the game, but for sure I don't like the way the company is treating me as a customer.

Feel free to answer me, when you got the time.

I can keep my credit card in my pocket for a loooong time with no struggle.

I also now am fed up. As far as I'm concerned, there are many other MMO's to play and so many new things coming.
If we all held our money and they shut this down - I'll live.
I'll never defend SSG again.

I can understand not seeing value in the game and deciding to move on to something else. What is not understandable is wanting the game to shut down, the only reason possible is petty, egotistical, vengeance.

They don't need customers they need clowns who dump 30k on a HC season.

That would be a very expensive mule indeed. Nice thing about HC is you can very easily achieve maximum mule rewards (2x Coin Lords, 2x Kundarak) for $0.00.

It doesn't matter if we stay or go, pay or don't pay. Having customer service would hurt cash flow in a time cash is tight, and it's likely never coming back. Either we live with it, or we don't, our choice.

Sure there are always other MMO's to play. I moved from playing Baldurs gate, to Diablo 2, to Everquest / Star war galaxies, to World of Warcraft, Starwar the old republic mmo, rift, Tabula Rasa, Hellgate Longon, New World, Diablo 3 , Diablo Immortal .. list can go on and on..and DDO I been playing 14 years since 2nd year it come out. Quit a few times here and there when not satisfied with the game. Come back when bored here and there. This is probably my longest stretch now, but I no longer subscribe to the game. Not until the players get what we been asking the most about.. and that is bank space, and fixing major bugs. Mainly listening to us about priority stuff and not doing things we didnt really ask for like Epic destiny change, level increase, arch types. sure its nice to get that stuff, but fix game first, then once its stable, then add stuff. Instead they add stuff to a broken problematic game and it just adds more problems.

This would never happen, but it would be so awesome to see this game some how converted to updated graphics engine maybe Unreal, new code. I know Hidden Path was working on a AAA open world Dungeons and Dragons game, but nothing from them since they announced it over a year ago. They been looking for designers etc..the whole time. Maybe that idea is dead before it got started.

I wont really be happy until the bank space is fixed and I can delete my 15 mules full of items this game has made and no where to put it all.
