DDO Store Sales: September 15th - 22nd

I spent 5 days grinding Korthos and Harbor quests to get enough DDO points to finally buy a shared bank for my F2P account that I use for my Bards.

The sale WAS for 1046 points. I had 975 points. I was 3 runs away from getting my shared bank.
The shared bank is Now 1495 points because it is now AFTER September 22nd.

Thanks to this rollback, I am now exactly 520 away from my shared bank that I spent countless hours grinding for. This is an additional 21 more mind-numbing runs.

I just can't believe my luck. How is that fair and equitable?

I also spent points on storage space, my points are missing as well as the storage brought from those points.
Hopefully we will get a reply soon about the points being returned and the offer being put back up.

I was going to wait to the last minute and see what was on sale this week but decided to pull the trigger early so wasn't impacted.

It would be a great goodwill gesture to make last weeks sale active today for those that missed it.

I was waiting to decide on Shared Bank space myself. If the sale were still active today, I might pickup a couple upgrades there.

Like Slarden, I made all my storage purchases early and was not impacted by the truncated sales period. Yet, if reasonably possible, it would be a gracious gesture to extend last week's sale for one day.

For what it is worth, storage slices go on sale regularly. There is no guarantee what will go one sale when, or how big the discount will be, but storage sales are in the rotation. The really good sales always occur over the United States Thanksgiving holiday weekend. One or two years ago, storage slices were half off during that weekend. That will probably not happen again but a prudent person keeps points stockpiled to take advantage of big sales when they come along.

I lost my inventory purchases and my DDO points as well. And several Tanaroa items and Augments... Oh well...

Put a ticket already but, you know, it feels SO BAD as a customer...
