The closest to "Pure" Sacred Fist Build possible - 18/1/1 Human SWF Sacred Fist / Favored Soul / Monk
32 Point Lawful Good Human 18/1/1 - Sacred Fist / Favored Soul / Monk
This is the closest to pure Sacred Fist build that I could come up with, allows for utilization of the level 18 cores if you wanted to, but also full Monk stances, and full Combat feats, as well as nice to have and at times essential metamagics like Empower Healing and Quicken. It requires the Vistani Knife Fighter universal tree (allowing for centered with daggers in T3, 12 AP minimum, but obviously if going that route, you want more there).
If you have the Feydark Illusionist tree, you can get CHA to hit and damage with a Single Shadowblade (single weapon fighting here), they are not favored, so at the outset, ignore the left side of the Sacred Fist tree (those bonuses only apply to favored weapons. If you do not, then it will be painful from 1-7, but you get CHA to hit and damage with 6 levels of sacred fist, so level 8+ should be fine.
And then you want to be using a Dagger once you have enough enhancement points to grab Deadly Blades from Tier 3 Vistani. "Deadly Blades: Your daggers and throwing daggers do an additional +1(W) of damage. You are centered when fighting with daggers. (Note: not centered with throwing daggers)."
STR 8
DEX 14 (need 13 for Precision, may as well make it an even number)
CON 14
INT 14
WIS 12
CHA 16 + All Level Ups in CHA
Vet II Skills test character skills breakdown. It is actually easier to give you per-level actuals with details then try to explain the nuances of the counter-intuitive leveling choices, so that is what I did here. This would be easier if we went for a skill class on creation as is the intuitive thing to do, but we are going for a non-MAD (multiple attribute dependent) combat style, on a Skill race, that gets a bonus feat on creation, and making the most of it by taking a caster class first, sacrificing skill points is the trade off here. This is trying to squeeze in as many feats as possible on a feat starved class and only gaining two bonus feats in the process (Level 1 Magical Training from FvS, level 5 Monk Martial Arts Feat for Precision), that happens to need several more feats than a normal Paladin would, because it needs Monk stances to function properly.
Skills on Creation (this is where things are complicated, because we went non-skill on creation to grab feats):
Max Concentration, Diplomacy, Heal - 4 Ranks each
1 Rank in UMD (to be able to get basic arcane scroll usage, more points later if this is your favorite skill)
1 Rank in Tumble (to be able to tumble)
2 Ranks in Balance (for SWF Feat)
Level 2 Skills: Concentration, Diplomacy, Heal, 2 points left, go into your favorite cross class skill, but not balance, because we are going to use the level 5 Monk level to catch that up there.
Level 3-4 are the same as level 2, 1 rank in Concentration, diplomacy, heal, 2 points left, go to your favorite skill other than balance
Level 5 Monk, all skill points in Balance, this gets you to 7 ranks in balance, that is enough for all SWF feats. If you messed up and ended at say 5, or 6, don't worry about it because you only need 4 ranks for the level 9 Improved Single weapon Fighting feat, but this now makes your new favorite skill Balance :), at least until you reach 7 total ranks.
Level 6 Sacred Fist: 1 Rank in Concentration, diplomacy, heal, 2 points left go into your favorite nice to have skill, otherwise, if you messed up, go balance until it is 7 total ranks.
Level 7 Sacred Fist: same as level 6 Sacred Fist. If by this point, you have 7 ranks in balance, 1 rank in tumble, 1 rank in UMD, maxed Concentration, Heal, and Diplomacy, then you are in good shape, keep on with the pattern. You no longer have any key, feat requirement, class skill, or leveling order considerations. Keep your class skills maxed (Concentration, Heal, Diplomacy), and add your extra 2 points into your favorite skill as a cross-class skill.
Feats Per Level Breakdown:
Level 1: Favored Soul: Feat: SWF, Human Bonus - Empower Heal, Follower of the Blood of Vol, Spells: Cure Light Wounds (swap for protection from evil later), Nightshield
Level 2: Sacred Fist
Level 3: Sacred Fist: Feat: Quicken
Level 4: Sacred Fist: +1 CHA (and all other Level ups)
Level 5: Monk (you need Monk before level 6, so that you can take a forms upgrade at 6) Martial Arts Feat: Precision, (make sure you hit 7 balance here, since it is a class skill for Monk)
Level 6: Sacred Fist: Feat Adept of Forms
Level 7: Sacred Fist:
Level 8: Sacred Fist:
Level 9: Sacred Fist: Improved Single Weapon Fighting
Level 10: Sacred Fist:
Level 11: Sacred Fist:
Level 12: Sacred Fist: Master of Forms
Level 13: Sacred Fist:
Level 14: Sacred Fist:
Level 15: Sacred Fist: Improved Critical Piercing
Level 16: Sacred Fist:
Level 17: Sacred Fist:
Level 18: Sacred Fist: Greater Single Weapon Fighting
Level 19: Sacred Fist:
Level 20: Sacred Fist:
Level 21: Grandmaster of Forms
Level 22: Perfect Single Weapon Fighting
Level 24: Offhand Versatility
Level 25: Crush Weakness
Level 27: Overwhelming Critical
Level 28: Pierce Adamantine or Pierce Cold Iron (can grab the other one from Grandmaster of Flowers)
Level 30: Epic Reflexes
Level 30: Scion of Arborea
Vet II Starting Enhancements at level 7, which are actually more appropriate for level 8 (where you get CHA to hit and damage while centered). Prior to this, you ideally would want 3 AP in Feydark Illusionist to summon a Shadowblade ( SWF) (ignoring the left side of the Sacred Fist tree at the outset because it would not apply, since not favored), or you at least get DEX to hit with 1 AP in Ninja Spy with other shortswords. And then you can fully utilize daggers at centered with CHA to hit and damage at level 8.
