Through Dinosaur Bone Crafting, you can apply effects such as +X Enhancement/Insightful/Quality bonus to Positive Spell Crit Damage. Do these affect your heals, or only damage VS undead and the like? I assume they do, but would like confirmation. Thanks!

I do, and I have it crafted, but haven’t checked, just assumed.
Will try to do some testing.

Haven't tested but it should. Shouldn't vary whether healing others or damaging undead. Like above I never tested, just assumed pos crit such as in the radiant servant enhancements does affect healing.

Yes, critical damage affects heals. When you crit with a heal, the critical damage multiplier is applied before it's applied to the target. Here's a breakdown of spell critical damage that I have on my warlock (using the heals from the Exalted Angel epic destiny).
Spell Crit Damage (Positive):
05 Base
10 Tainted Lore 1
20 Tainted Lore 2
30 Heretical Lore 3
10 Scion of the Plane of Fire
05 Epic Spell Power: Fire
05 Epic Spell Power: Light
04 Coalesced Magic 3pc
01 Coalesced Magic filigree
15 Legendary - Universal Spell Critical Damage
05 Dragonsoul 3pc
05 Dragonsoul 5pc
–
115
20 Wellspring of Power
So say you normally apply 300 healing on average when you cast a cure spell. When you crit with that spell, using the above numbers (without Wellspring), you would instead heal for 645. This is then further modified by the recipient's healing amplification.
Maxing out both critical chance and critical damage with heals is a common gearing and build strategy for players in difficult content (think elite or reaper raids, and high skull reaper quests). It's especially needed when you are healing tanks in high skull raids, where you need to consistently heal the tank to full with one spell between hits from the boss.

I don’t play a healer but I like slotting healing spell power and crit anyway because more heals for the group in Reaper is good
Not sure yet if I would slot this or not depending on what competes with the slots as I have not touched Dino crafting yet

It would either be an dino-artifact swap (where you could do 4x heal filigrees too) or the non-artifact helm/cloak (I think both of those are options with all the slots) if you want all 3 tiers of the positive crit damage. If you just want 1 tier of it then I think it can crafted on a bunch of the various dino named items (but I haven't looked too closely at that choice to see how that would play out).
