Bank is slow and randomly switching between tabs

Really, I'm not going to speculate what kind of effort went in behind the scenes to try and make this work. I'm sure someone worked hard.

But the bank is acting like a Model T about to burst a sprocket and send a plume of smoke in the air.

- It opens extremely slowly, like nearly 10 seconds
- Tab inventory takes forever to appear when you click on a tab
- Inventory from another tab will suddenly appear
- Takes nearly 5 seconds to move things between the bank and you character inventory.

This on Hardcore.

5 seconds? Lucky! I've been timing it, and every action has been taking me 20-25 seconds minimum. Changing tabs, moving items, claiming items, etc.

I also closed the character bank so my screen would be less cluttered, and then trying to change tabs in the shared bank would cause the character bank to reappear and the tab would not change.
