Had an idea for an Archetype/Universal Tree inspired by the Romance of the Three Kingdoms character Zhuge Liang who used stratagems and trickery to defeat his enemies instead of brute force. Along with some buffing and crowd control abilities, it would add a versatile pet.

Strawman:
- Lvl 1 allows you to summon a Strawman to aid you. Similar to a PM’s Skeleton Knight, but less robust and armed with a bow instead of a sword. Able to use levers and switches like a Skelly. Immune to electricity, cold and poison. Vulnerable to fire and wind-based attacks.

- Lvl 2 allows you to park your Strawman which then transforms into 3 stationary ranged units until summoned to you, at which time it returns to being a single Strawman.

- Lvl 3 allows you to take direct control of your Strawman to traverse traps and scout ahead in dangerous areas. Upon death of the Strawman, the player returns to their normal body.

Buffing:
Deathblow - Increased critical range of nearby allies for a short period of time.

Battle Rhythm - Increased attack speed of nearby allies.

Second Wind - reduces the cool-down times for nearby allies spells and spell-like abilities.


Crowd Control:
Cow Them - Cause fear in enemies within range.

Dragoon Them - Dragoon enemies into your service for a short time.

Duel Them - When activated a mob of enemies transforms into a single boss creature. The animation could have the mob form a circle, open a path for the boss and then fade away as the boss activates.
