1. Accept you f%$cked up make a proper announcement/apology and let's move on
2.Take some time to listen to your player base
3. Make the bank drag and drop it will appease the masses until the rest of the bank changes can be implemented
4. Replace the NEB in the DD tree either by changing core 3 nec ray (can be obtained in Death Domain anyway as a feat) or tier 4 SLA (personally 3 spells you replaced it with I have never used as a Cleric and my main is always a Cleric)... Reduce tier 4 to 2 choices NEB (DE) or Holy Smite (EoL)
5. Goes without saying but saying it anyway fix TR
6. Change the Punk load in to suit it's proficiencies
I believe these few fixes asap will restore some player base faith and buy some time to address the other issues and right now you need to buy some time... I for one don't even feel like logging in right now, the sudden announcement the update was live with no time to prepare for it was bad enough! To log in after it to find TR broken and the main reason for taking DA removed, left me feeling totally flat and totally unmotivated to log in.
I've read a few other poster's suggestions but those do not deal with right now, these suggestions deal with right now!
So bite the bullet and start with number one!

Fully agree with 1, 2, 5.
Definately agree with 4, though I'm sure the other SLA's are ok depending on the build. but removing NEB sucked.
The bank is drag and drop for me, except into the Tabs which I think is odd. Considering the way Tabs are working I don't see the point to them in the TR cache.

Specifically about NEB...I think it was only justifiable when Cleric had no way to use it as a self-heal. NEB as an SLA on a Negative-casting Undead build (without having to split caster levels between Wiz and Cleric) would be pretty OP
And I think you're discounting the Alignment SLAs too - there are ways to really leverage them, even after they lost half their dice load. Chaos Domain, for example, on a Neutral cleric can get both Order and Chaos SLAs that do full damage to all alignments.

With all the rediculous amount of healing due to the epic destinies and you're worried about undead getting a cheap NEB? Right.

With all the rediculous amount of healing due to the epic destinies and you're worried about undead getting a cheap NEB? Right.
It's not just about healing, when it comes to necro on a Cleric you have four decent dmg spells
1. Necrotic Ray: Single target does a good amount of dmg if not insta kill, neg levels the target and about the only decent weapon Clerics have against Reapers, Light Bringer, Stygian and Hero Soul Champs! Does not neg level a death warded target!
2. Destruction: Single target Insta Killer that does medium dmg if saved, doesn't work on Reaper, Light Bringer, Stygian and Hero Soul Champs which are all death warded!
3. Harm: Single target works a lot like Heal spell on undead target!
4. Negative Energy Burst: Last but certainly not least in the Cleric negative energy arsenal, does great AOE dmg and if running with a neg energy party the only decent AOE heal a Cleric has in the neg energy dept and is akin to the positive burst found in the Radiant Servant tree!
There are others like slay living, but thats a touch spell, so you gotta be in their face to cast it, why use that when you can use destruction from a further distance to the same effect. Then take note that Destruction and Harm the only neg listed above accessable in the spell book, necro ray is a domain feat and NEB was once an sla and only NEB is AOE!
When a Cleric is neg energy speccing the huge bag of light and positive spells they have are nerfed because all their choices are to boost necromancy, they have some neg spells but only a few of those are worth using and they are bullet pointed above.
If you are going to create a Dark Cleric then why take away one of a neg specced Clerics favorite sla and about the only access they have to a neg AOE (keep in mind the trees change but the spell book does not and its full of pos and light spells)... Hell give them the spell in the spell book and I would be happy as long as my Cleric has access to a spell she has been using for years as a fleshy! They've kinda made it so the Dark Apostate is the only Class in the game that does not have some form of AOE!
So point is it's not just about the healing!
Whomever decided to remove NEB when introducing a Negative Energy Cleric has obviously never run a neg specced Cleric!

Also removal of NEB (Negative Energy Burst ) from the Cleric tree means that players like myself have to redo several of our Toons as we took 4 levels of Cleric to get that as an SLA. This means buying hearts of wood (spending money) or a VERY LARGE amount of time TRing just to fix that. How about helping us out by giving free hearts of wood to those toons impacted by removal of NEB from cleric tree please.

Or just put NEB back, move it to DA out create some for of mass negative healing like an AoE harm which was also taken away.

I write SW (embedded, kernel, speed/space optimization). I have a standing offer to ANY tester that finds an S3 or worse bug in my code for a free lunch and they can pick the spot -- no limit on cost.
I dare SSG devs to do the same thing.
Hmm, I also dare them to hire at least one tester.
