Make Legendary Aim work with Throwing

As Longbow/Shortbow already gets full BaB handed to it (Whether Horizon Walker or from Shiradi Champion) throwing is really being left behind with a feat that gives +10 to hit for all ranged except throwing. (not to mention the 5% dodge bypass)

After some testing it does work with throwing, but if you offhand a shield it ceases to function.
