Reaper Enhancement Tree Core Abilities

Besides the first one in a tree, all the rest of the Reaper Enhancement Tree Core Abilities apply to you even if you're not playing Reaper Difficulty. Since those don't mention that they only work on that difficulty, it's working as intended, right?

they don't mention the "when in reaper mode" thing, so yeah, they are always active.

this is one of what I see as a problem of the Reaper Enhancement Tree. Aspects that bleed into the non-reaper area are generally seen as required, which then becomes a balance issue as well as a gap issue. This is more commonly seen in the Raid scene
