Bug: high spirits doesn't prevent rage exhaustion

Specifically, the high spirits from the summer court necklace item doesn't work on barbarian rage, I still get exhausted afterward.

I was disappointed to observe this with my Druid Bear rage as well.

I'm guessing this would also not work with Shifter shiftings.
